Loay Jabre
Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution
Loay Jabre is a postdoctoral investigator at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. He uses various omics tools to explore marine microbial cellular processes and their connections to biogeochemistry. He is currently developing methods to study omics at spatially resolved subcellular scales, and is particularly interested in integrating omics with elemental stoichiometry and physiological rate measurements. He embraces a curiosity-driven approach in research, and highly values accessible tools and equitable opportunities in science.
